a SCN case manager, you can review your family member's

medical history and status and explain your family’s situation.

Following your consultation, we go to work studying the information

you provided while thoughtfully considering your situation,

goals and financial position.

Recommendations and Advice

Based on our analysis and knowledge of plans and providers,

we present you with a set of practical recommendations that

we explore together.

It is important to note that in order to remain as objective as

possible, Senior Care Network does not accept any incentives

or commissions from referring organizations.

Referrals and Evaluation

Before making any decisions for housing options, we provide you

with the opportunity to tour facilities and interview potential caregivers.
